REFUND POLICY

How Are Refunds Handled?

All full priced items purchased from our website store may be eligible for refunds or credits, provided that such requests for refunds are made in accordance to our refund procedures and made within ten (10) calendar days from the date of your purchase (the “Eligible Period”).

All returned merchandise must be received by us in an unopened, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition. In addition, they must also be in the original packaging, otherwise they will be ineligible for refunds or credits under all circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy.

To initiate a request for return and refund or store credit, please email hello@bcgame.store during the Eligible Period. Standard shipment fees apply for all returns, except for any merchandise which were damaged or defective when received by you.

Once we receive your returned items, the value of the returned items will be refunded via the original payment method used for your original purchase. Please be aware that any refunds will take up to thirty (30) days to process from the date of receiving the merchandise in our facilities.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. You may however, choose to place a new order for the product you would like to exchange for, and then initiate for a return by emailing us at hello@bcgame.store.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are final sales and we will not accept such items for refunds or returns.

Wrong Size

If you have received the wrong size in error, please leave the product in its original packaging, untouched and contact us at hello@bcgame.store. We will then provide you with a return shipping label to enable you to return the product.

In order for us to process any exchanges, please ensure that a screenshot of the wrong-sized item and the accompanying invoice is included in your email.

Problem With Order

If you encounter problems with any items in your order, please contact our support team at hello@bcgame.com, and provide us with your order number and pictures of the incorrect item or fault within ten (10) calendar days of receiving your items. If your request is received beyond the ten (10) days period, we may either refuse to accept your request, or to only offer credits to the value of the item only.

If an item is missing, incorrect, or unusable due to a fault, we will send you a replacement or provide a refund if the item is out of stock. We reserve the right not to offer a refund, exchange, or provide credit where you have tampered with your item, washed, or worn it.

The determination of what is a defective item shall be made entirely in our sole discretion.

Change or Cancel Order

Should you wish to change or cancel your order after payment has been made, please email us at hello@bcgame.store with the subject line stating “CHANGE” or “CANCEL” along with your order number included.

Provided that your item has not been dispatched, we may under such circumstances amend the following for you:

  • Update your delivery address

  • Cancel your order

  • Remove items

  • Change an item's size or colour

However, we will not be able to do the following to your order:

  • Combine orders

  • Add more items

  • Change delivery method

Returned Orders

In the event that the delivery company returns your orders to us for whatever reasons, we may place your order on hold and email you to rectify the issue, such as providing a new delivery address.

Please note that no refunds will be available on the shipping fee for any items returned to us by the delivery company.
